Mechanical Assembler
Descripción
Responsible for the mechanical assembly and installation of industrial machinery in accordance with technical plans and procedures. Ensures all components are accurately positioned and aligned, contributing to the successful execution of assigned projects with a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and adherence to supervisor guidelines
Requisitos mínimos
• Assemble and commission equipment at TAVIL's headquarters, adjusting machinery using the customer’s product to ensure proper operation and gain full understanding of the system.
• Prepare the installation and all necessary auxiliary materials for shipment and assembly at the customer’s site.
• At the customer’s facility, unload machinery delivered from TAVIL, remove transport fixtures, and organize return or disposal of shipping materials.
• Assemble equipment based on technical drawings provided by the engineering department. Identify and report any layout-related issues, and collaborate on effective solutions.
• Align, connect, and adjust mechanical modules and ensure accurate leveling of conveyor and handling systems.
• Anchor equipment to the floor or ceiling according to the layout, install transitions between conveyors, and verify smooth integration between all components.
• Support commissioning by performing functional tests and mechanical adjustments alongside the programming team to ensure optimal system performance.
• Ensure all safety and quality standards are met throughout the installation process.
• Proactively contribute to process improvements and suggest technical solutions to improve future installations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout all phases of the project.
• Lead or coordinate other TAVIL employees or subcontractors during large-scale installations when required.
